Receive and review source documents

We begin by carefully reviewing all of your financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, bank statements, credit card statements, and any other relevant data.

Recording of Transactions & Reconciliation of Accounts

Once we have reviewed your documents, we enter the data into our accounting software. Our team leader then performs a thorough review of the entries to ensure that they are accurate and complete.

Preparation of Query Report

If any further clarification is required, we will send a query sheet or report to you for your input.

Generate Financial Reports

Based on the scope of work, we prepare a final output, which may include tasks such as invoicing or sending financial statements for your review.
